Question by Desertridge: Has anyone tried the linden method fro anxiety/ depression?
I have been suffering for amost 2 years now, with severe anxiety. It has affected every aspect of my life and I am a shadow of my former self. I have tried numerous medication, non of which works, and my GP is at a loss what to do with me. I have tried CBT, with no avail, but am due to soon start some regular counselling. I am taking mirtazipine 45mg at the moment, but its useless, it doesn’t do anything to help me. I am desperate and want to know how others have got through?

My son is about to buy this method and I am wondering if anyone here has tried it and what the results were. We are getting desperate.

Sorry to hear that. i am 26 year woman and has panic attacks recently. I will see my doctor this week and hopefully he could do anything to help. I will ask him about this method. It is depressing to have this, that keep you some time depressed about life when you have no one around for support. I hope your son get better chance that what I have. I hope to hear from you good news about him.

It is a scam and should be called by its old true name: “snake oil” . When somebody claims that his “method” works 95% and it is not patented and mentioned in medical reviews, it can be nothing but placebo.
