Your body is going into a fight or flight mode, telling you to either &#039;fight&#039; or &#039;get away from the situation&#039; that&#039;s why your heart beats fast and you keep sweating.  I would advice you to talk to the psychologist or psychiatrist you&#039;ve been seeing, so he can talk to you and possibly give you medication or alter them so you can see the benefits later on down the road.
